Nicer than UD housing; Cheaper than it, too!

Looking for a place to stay that isn't as dreary as the student neighborhood, but still close enough to be part of the community? Or maybe you want a landlord that actually understands students? Maybe you're bummed out about being screwed over by the housing lottery? What if you could live somewhere that's WAY better than UD's housing, but still costs less than living in the student neighborhood? Firwood! 122 Firwood, just behind Irving Commons, is a 3-bedroom house recently added as a landlord house for UD! So how nice is "nicer than UD?" Look at the tabs to find out! Each section will show pictures on the house currently with some info about how we are WAY nicer than other housing!

TOP REASONS FOR THE CIDER HOUSE!

  • A house that is close enough to UD to walk to, but far enough away that students can sleep without hearing a the not-too-soothing sound of UD's night life when you need your sleep!

  • Separate individual rooms for privacy, but spacious living room and basement for socializing.

  • Love to have people over? No problem! With the spacious yard out back, you can easily have a cook out with the modern 4-burner grill that is complementary of The Cider House!

  • All of this, and the yearly cost is STILL cheaper than UD! In fact, the only housing option cheaper than us is to live at Irving Commons!

Students Deserve Quality Housing!

My name is JT. I'm a student at UD majoring in Entrepreneurship and Leadership. "What? You're a student? But this is landlord housing JT!" Yes, I know. I started this business in the spring of 2014 because I became tired of how UD housing was, even within the "student neighborhood." Half the houses don't have air conditioning, the other half are extremely old and the furniture is crumbling, and the very few houses that are popular aren't even close to a "good" standard. Then, if you look at landlord housing, they more often than not charge you more than UD for equal or lesser quality! Seriously? UD, students, enough is enough! I got this house to change this viscous cycle, and offer students something as close as best of both worlds:

So I ask again, what if you could live somewhere that is WAY better than the quality of everywhere else, but is cheaper than almost everywhere at UD (on the Prices page there's a list of the current UD prices) as well as other landlords! If only to read the comical narrations under each section, I ask you to read alongand see exactly how nice I mean! Go Flyers!
