Academic year:

The two 1st floor bedrooms: $3,750 per semester

The upstairs bedroom with separate bath and queen bed: $4000 per semester

The basement bedroom with separate bathroom, living room, and TV: Coming Fall 2017 for $3500!

The 1st semester rent is paid upon moving in, and the security deposit of $750 per person is due at the signing of the lease. The 2nd semester is paid by the first week of December or before Christmas break. The utility bill, depending on occupancy, is $75-$100 per person on average, so the total cost to you is $4,000/semester.

Summer: it is $500 a month per student, also NOT including utilities.

With full occupancy, the utilities will be around $75-$100 a month, depending on the usage. I'm going to repeat this, as many people have looked over it: UTILITIES NOT INCLUDED. Parking is free.
