THE CIDER HOUSE

 Man, what a lawn! That lawn isn't just a simple patch of grass that keeps a student away from the UD police on Thursday nights, this house actually has a whole empty lot with it! Do you know what that means? Volleyball net, soccer field, a very large swimming pool, take your pick!

And look! A back patio, with patio furniture already there! 4 chairs and a small round table are already included within the house.
What!? AND a modern grill!!?? No cheap grills here! The grill uses propane (use with permission for liability reasons), not charcoal!
