Beds and Baths

How about your own bedroom, with a full bed? That's right; no more small twin beds! A standard twin bed is about 39 in × 75 in, but these full beds are 54 in × 75 in, so there's almost 50% more space! We also include a dresser, some closet space (varies on room), a desk, a leather computer chair, and even a nightstand. Yeah, we are so uppity we got you a nightstand to put your alarm clock. We should be in Oakwood we are so fancy!

Yes, I totally agree: there's not much difference between bathrooms in houses. However, there are a few things that are extremely important to these bathrooms that make them awesome: the number of people you'll be sharing it with. Since there’s so many bathrooms, you will only be sharing with 1 other person (instead of your 200 frat buddies, their girlfriends, the 900 other people you invite to the house, and a goat).

Also, both existing bathrooms have very roomy cabinets and drawers in them! They're so roomy you could almost call it a Founders room! This extra room allows you to keep all of your shower gear and towels in the bathroom, so more space in your room!

Besides the 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor, there is a 3rd bedroom on the second floor as well. This bedroom not only has a queen bed and much larger bedroom space, but you get your own bathroom too! no more gently bringing up to your roommate that "you really should replace your toothbrush every couple months," or fighting for the shower first thing in the morning!

And now for Fall 2017, we have added a new 4th bedroom with a complete overhaul of the basement! Not only will you have your own bathroom and queen bed, but you will also have your own living room! The ideal space for that roommate that hates living with others, but doesn't want to pay an arm and a leg for a 1 bedroom! The living room will be set up similar to the main floor which means you get your own 60 inch! Let's see how great a deal this is for students: please check our "Pricing" page to see what UD currently charges for a 1 bedroom or studio in their housing. Now look at what we are charging. You're welcome!
